I am a bilingual psychotherapist and psychosocial assessor, licensed in Kentucky, working with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients to help them define and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.
Common issues I address include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, and general stress. I also provide support for clients facing more complex challenges such as trauma, various forms of abuse, refugee and immigration experiences, and grief and loss.
My approach is holistic, rooted in empathy and cultural sensitivity, and tailored to meet the psychological needs of individuals ranging from pre-teens to older people. I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight and develop practical coping strategies for lasting change.
Psychosocial Evaluations
I provide psychological evaluations for individuals in clinical, educational, vocational, and legal contexts.
With respect to Immigration Evaluations, I have years of experience offering this service. I understand the sensitivity of the situation and the great importance of obtaining a well-written and detailed report to submit with your application. I provide specialized assessments to support the following applications:
